If you want to improve your physical body, you also have to change your mental process. Each and every session is set up around building not only your physical body, but your mental process as well. I will teach you the physical skills you need for weight loss, but I will also teach you the confidence, motivation, flexibility, ambition, consistency, efficiency, passion, optimism, work ethic, so on to transform you as a person. I want this transformation to be so effective and for you to become so balanced and complete as a person, that you won't need to come back and see me anymore. Not only will I help build you up physically, but I will help build you up mentally. Your physical mind is only as good as your mental and spiritual state. Training can be done at your own personal home gym, outside, at the class of your choice, or in a training facility. Not every training session is going to be life-changing, but all of them will be a major part of your continued mental, physical, and spiritual growth.
My name is Keith Bombrys and I am a 27 year old personal trainer. I have been certified through ACE for the past 2 years and have also been a workout enthusiast and habitual exerciser for the past 8 plus years. I am an avid weight lifter, an avid kickboxer, a marathon and distance runner, an avid biker, and a yoga and a meditation enthusiast. Physical and mental balance is key.
My main goal as a personal trainer is to help others discover how fitness can change their lives the way that it has changed mine. Losing over 40 pounds and losing 12% of my body fat over a lifetime has been my main motivation for becoming a personal trainer. I want people to realize that staying in shape is not only a one time ordeal, but it is a lifestyle in which, to be honest, most people need to embrace in their lives.
Even today, I still have goals and milestones I am trying to accomplish with my physical being. Just because the weight comes off doesn't mean that the training ends. Strength, endurance, balance, flexibility, stamina, and muscle tone are just a few of the body's possibilities.
